Registration Fees
The registration fee for this 2½ day conference includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Access to poster and exhibition area
- Abstract Manual
- Lunch on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in programme
- Welcome Reception Monday 22nd
- Special issue of Information Security Technical Report to be mailed to delegates after the Conference
Alternative Payment Methods

Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by (air)mail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation Terms
Substitutions can be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 11 January 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 25 January 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 25 January 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates. Details are correct at the time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final program.
