Changing the perception of security at Unilever

Now the Communications framework for Information Security has been fully implemented across our landscape, we look back on what has really been achieved & the extent to which our original design objectives have been met. Has there been that tangible and measurable change in the perception of security, and at what levels in our organisation? How can we clearly and simply add relevant metrics into overall policy compliance – to help us complete that elusive scorecard for senior executives?

We also discus trends in technology (such as consumerisation and cloud), and how these present both opportunities and demands for further use of our Communications framework.
